AI Campaigns → Phone numbers lists the numbers your campaigns dial from, with each number’s type, status, features, active services (voice / SMS / fax), monthly cost, and purchase date.
Buying, importing, and releasing numbers requires the Company Admin role. Number rental is billed monthly to your workspace.

Search

Click Buy a number, then filter by country (US, CA, GB, AU), area code, type (local, toll-free, mobile), and required capabilities (voice, SMS, MMS, fax, HD voice, emergency).

Pick and confirm

Each result shows the number, region, and what it supports. Buy shows the monthly cost before you confirm.

Use it

The number is ready immediately — select it as the sender number in any campaign.

Manage your numbers

  • Import existing — bring a number you already own into Funnel.
  • Sync — refresh a number’s features and status from the carrier.
  • Enable / disable SMS — per number, controls text send and receive.
  • Release — remove a number and stop its monthly rental. This can’t be undone, so make sure no campaign still uses it.
  • Activity log — every purchase, import, release, and assignment is recorded with who did it and when.
