Each user connects their own Google account under Settings → Connect calendar, a page titled Connect your inbox & calendar. Your connections are visible only to you. The same page is what the Connect email & calendar step on the Onboarding checklist opens.

Connect your Google account

1

Open connections

Go to Settings → Connect calendar and click Connect on the Google Workspace / Gmail card. A Google sign-in window opens.
Prefer calendar without email sync? Use the Calendar only button instead — you can enable Gmail sync later.
2

Pick bookable calendars

After signing in, choose which of your calendars AI campaigns are allowed to book appointments on (your primary calendar is pre-selected). You can Save selection or Skip for now.
3

Check the connection card

Your account now shows a Connected badge with chips for what’s active (email syncing, number of calendars). Use Test anytime to verify the connection is healthy.
Microsoft 365 / Teams appears on this page but is marked Coming soon.

What connecting enables

  • Inbox — your mailbox is mirrored into Funnel and conversations link to CRM records automatically. See Inbox.
  • Email from records — send and reply to email directly from lead and deal pages, logged to the record’s timeline.
  • Calendar sync — events flow both ways between Google Calendar and your Funnel schedule, and campaign-booked appointments land on the calendars you marked bookable.

Working with calendar events

Your schedule lives under My Schedule (Workforce):
  • Create events with the Create / Add event buttons or by clicking an empty slot — title, time, meeting type, link, and location.
  • Smart availability checks run as you pick a time: Funnel checks your working hours, time off, and buffers, tells you “This time is free,” or suggests the next available slots if you’re busy.
  • Sync happens automatically every couple of minutes while the page is open; a status chip shows the last sync, and you can trigger Sync Calendar manually.

Reconnecting and disconnecting

If a connection breaks, banners appear in the Inbox and on your schedule with a Reconnect shortcut. Disconnect revokes Funnel’s access tokens — note that campaigns booking onto that account’s calendars will stop until you reconnect.
