1. Find an app
Open Marketplace in the sidebar and browse. Each card shows what the app does, how many businesses use it, and a badge:
Narrow things down with:
- Search — type what you want to do (“review”, “reminder”, “follow up”).
- Category chips — Lead Management, Sales & Follow-up, Appointments, and more.
- Industry — filter to apps built for businesses like yours.
- ♡ Like — save the ones you’re interested in.
2. See what it does
Click a card to open its page. Before you install anything, you can see exactly what it will do:What this app does
A plain-English, step-by-step walkthrough — “When a new lead comes in, it
sends them a text, then emails them.”
See the full flow
An optional visual map of every step and branch, so you can inspect exactly
what runs before committing.
What you'll connect
The details you’ll provide — your phone number, inbox, or calendar. Nothing
technical.
Who made it
The business that shared it (or “an anonymous author”), plus how many
installs and likes it has.
3. Install it
Click Use this app. Flow9 copies the app into your account as a draft — with the author’s private details already removed — and takes you to a short guided setup.1
Connect your own details
For each thing the app needs — a phone number, an inbox, a calendar — you’ll
pick your own in the builder. The author’s are already blanked out.
2
Check your add-ons
If the app uses something that isn’t on your plan yet, you’ll see it here and
be prompted to add it before you can turn the app on.
3
Test it, then turn it on
Open the builder to finish, fill in your details, and use Run to send
yourself a test. When it looks right, hit Publish to go live.
Your installed app is a draft until you publish it — nothing sends, and no
one is contacted, until you’re ready.
