Built an automation other businesses would love? You can offer it to the Marketplace. Flow9 shares a clean, private-data-free copy — your original automation stays yours and keeps running untouched.
Only a published automation can be offered, and only a workspace admin can offer one. Building and publishing happens in Workforce Studio.

1. Offer it

Open your published automation in the builder and click Offer to Marketplace in the top bar. Flow9 immediately prepares a clean copy and shows you what will be shared:

We removed your private details

Your phone numbers, inboxes, calendars, and customer data are stripped out and replaced with blanks. Whoever installs the app connects their own.

Please check these

If we spot something that looks like personal info in your wording (an email address, a phone number), we flag it so you can remove it or confirm it’s fine to share.

2. Describe it

Give your app a clear name and a one-line description of what it does, and pick a category and industry so the right businesses can find it. Two optional choices:

3. Submit for review

Click Submit for review. Every app is checked by the Flow9 team before it goes live for other businesses — this keeps the Marketplace safe and trusted. You can’t submit while there are unresolved personal-info findings; clear or confirm them first.
1

Submitted

Your app is in the review queue. You’ll get a notification when there’s a decision.
2

Approved

It goes live in the Marketplace and anyone can install it. 🎉
3

Needs changes

If it’s rejected, you’ll get a clear reason. Fix it in your automation, publish again, and re-offer — it goes back through review.

Updating your app

Improved your automation? Publish the new version and offer it again. Once the new version is approved, it replaces the old one in the Marketplace, and everyone who installed the previous version is notified that an update is available.

What the people who install it see

  • A plain-English walkthrough and an optional visual map of your flow.
  • The details they’ll need to connect (their own number, inbox, calendar).
  • Your business name as the author — unless you chose to publish anonymously.
They never see your private data, your customers, or your original automation — only the clean, sanitized copy.

Frequently asked

No. The Marketplace copy is a frozen snapshot. Your original automation keeps running exactly as before, and you can keep editing it.
Yes — contact support to have a listing removed. Businesses that already installed it keep their own copy; it just stops appearing for new installs.
Not today — the Marketplace is free to install and free to offer. Paid listings may come later.
