Scheduling

The Schedule section of the campaign form controls when dialing happens:
  • Start and end date/times (with a timezone picker).
  • Repeats — none, daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, yearly, or a custom pattern, optionally ending on a date.
  • Daily window — the hours within each day when calls are allowed (e.g. 10:00–18:00), so contacts are never called at odd hours.
  • Holiday calendar (optional) — attach a calendar of dates the scheduler must skip. Create calendars inline or manage them under AI Campaigns → Holiday calendars; one calendar can serve many campaigns.

Campaign statuses

Pause is one click and reversible. Stop and Archive ask for confirmation — a stopped campaign can’t be restarted without reconfiguring its schedule, and archiving is effectively final. Any campaign can be Cloned into a fresh draft, and drafts can be Deleted permanently.

Why isn’t it dialing right now?

A running campaign shows a scheduler banner explaining any pause in dialing:
  • All call slots are busy — dialing resumes as calls finish.
  • Outside calling hours — waiting for the daily window.
  • Not scheduled today — the recurrence rule skips today.
  • Paused for holiday — today is on the attached holiday calendar.
  • No contacts to dial — everyone has been called, is awaiting a retry, or is excluded (DNC / opt-out / manually excluded).

Retries

In the voice agent’s Retry Settings you choose the maximum attempts per contact, the interval between attempts, and which results trigger a retry — no answer, busy, voicemail, or call failed (the first three by default). Contacts wait out the interval before being dialed again.
